So I started Tae Bo. I figure that and my 2 miles walking a day and I should be in tip top shape by the time Matt gets home. I want him to get off the plane and think OMG that's MY wife..LOL. I only have Tae Bo basic and you have this side kick thingy that you do and you have to do it double time. That's the only thing that's really working. I think once I master that I should move on to the advanced workout. I'm not even breathing hard until the kicks start and that's at the end of the tape :( In some ways I'm in better shape then I thought but in others I'm not. My arms look flabby but I have really strong arms. I guess it's from carrying 2 kids all day...ROFL. I miss Matt!! The other day the kids got to talk to him on webcam and that was SOOO awesome! Zach was mystified adn Ash was like IT"S DADDEEEE..LOL. So cute!!
